Shipping is by USPS Priority insured mail. My experiences using Priority shipping

have been excellent, always arriving undamaged in 2-3 days. All items are shipped insured, and in the unlikely
occurance that an item is damaged or lost, full coverage (including shipping charge) is easily and quickly recovered
from your local post office. I will ship by another method if desired (such as overnight), but there will
be an additional charge to do so. All items are safely packaged and boxed to guarantee safe arrival. I normally ship

Online ordering is safe and easy. I use

PayPal to handle my online transactions because they are widely known
and accepted as a secure, safe, efficient means of buying online. It is not
necessary to sign up with paypal, they merely process the transaction. To
order, simply click the "add to cart" button for the item you desire. Then either
click "continue shopping" to add others, or "checkout now" to process your

Your complete satisfaction with all of my work is fully

guaranteed. If for any reason at all after receiving your order you decide
you would like to return an item, simply email or call withing 7 days
after receiving your item to let me know you will be returning it, and I will
provide you with shipping instructions. A full refund will be given on
receipt of the item returned in original, undamaged condition. Shipping
costs are, of course, not refunded. A returned item must be shipped insured.

All of my work, except prints and photos, is one of a kind. I strive for my very best in each and every piece, and to accurately
represent each piece that you see here. The color photos represent the work accurately, and I try and include, in the text, any
information that may add to the accurate description of the piece. Most of the glasswork and claywork have multiple photos
to show all sides of the work (clicking on a photo will bring you to the other photos if they are available). If there is anything
